Elaine FrancesCARTER(Née Cooper) On Monday, January 26th 2026, Elaine, of Rackenford, passed away peacefully at home, aged 84 years. A devoted wife of the late Norman, loving mum of Shaun and Mark. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at All Saints' Church, Rackenford, on Friday, February 27th 2026, at 12:00 noon, followed by interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only please.
